I'm very curious about your house walks! If you don't mind answering: do you tend to tidy or anything while doing them, or is it strictly walking/listening to your audio? And by circles, do you mean around a single room at a time, or just through the whole house repeatedly? (I have no expectations for the answers, I'm just very intrigued)

No tidying, just walking!!! walking through the whole house (or like one route through multiple rooms!)
